5.21.09 - Changes are coming to zachmusic.net!! Keep posted!

5.21.09 - The Firestone High School fundraiser show has been postponed to the fall. A new date is being finalized and will be posted as soon as possible. 

APRIL 2009

4.27.09 - Thank you to everyone for making our CD Release concert a huge success! The school raised about $1,000 and we had a wonderful time! Thank you again! Pics are up on the band blog, and there may be some video surfacing soon!

What I Meant to Say CD Launch and Concert April 25th! Mark your calendars:

January 2009

* Sad news. The latest casualty of the economy is a Akron-area landmark - Jimmy's Cafe is officially closed. There was no place like them in this state, and to see them go is a terrible blow for the artistic community in all of Ohio. For the moment the world is a little bit darker.

* The band and I are going to be performing with Blessid Union of Souls at the Beachland Ballroom on January 23rd. And the best part - tickets are $15 - but through me, you can get 2 for the price of 1!! Tix will be onsale at shows before then, and here online. Tell your friends, and lets pack this place in!

* We are now taking PRE-ORDERS for the new CD, What I Meant to Say (expected to hit the streets by mid-to-late February)! You can order at shows, and soon we will have the online form up and running! If you pre-order, I'll let you know now, there will be several special items you will get that people who wait for it's actual release will not be able to get! 

* T Shirt Contest! Our first monthly contest! Design your own Zach t-shirt. Post your pictures to my myspace page (there will be a post about it that you can post a reply to). The winner will be my profile picture on both myspace and facebook, and could even be chosen as the brand new official Zach t-shirt! Have fun with this! We want creativity and uniqueness! 

* Speaking of contests, throughout 2009, we'll be doing contests at all band shows! So, you could win something just for coming out!

* Calling for pictures! I want your shots from shows - shots of fans, you and your friends having fun, the band, the show, whatever. We are going to be posting these online. So send your pics to zach@zachmusic.net for now, and we will have a system in place to post them in the next month or so.

* I'd like to extend my warmest wishes to my keyboardist Michael and his wife, Erin, who had their first child this month - Happy Birthday on Dec. 25th to Oliver Joseph Marotta!

aUGUST 2008

* Zach rocked the West! Such great response from every show and every town, that Zach will be returning again to all those towns and more!! The Salt Lake shows were fabulous, especially having Yellowhawk, a Sioux Tribal Dancer, on the bill!
