This 5th Annual benefit for pancreatic cancer research and awareness is in memory of my father, Chuck, who passed away from this terrible disease. Features all day music and food! The world premier of the Bodhis (a band featuring myself, Courtney Cable, David Ullman, Gary Fossaceca, and more)! Plus, Kristine Jackson, Brian Lisik, Tofu Fighters, Zumba, Winslow, and a special full band Love Initiative set by my band! All vegan food by Cilantro, Pita Pit, Chef Brandt Evans, Primo's Deli, the Mustard Seed, Urban Eats, and several other area chefs! There are also raffles, massages, magic Adoptable Pets from the Humane Society, and other family fun!

30 • Akron Peace Week - 5 Days to Change the World (Documentary Screening) • (Akron Art Museum, High St & Market St, Akron, OH) • 6:30pm. In May 1999, 10,000 people from 100 countries gathered for the Hague Appeal for Peace and Justice, the largest peace conference in history. Five Days to Change the World follows students from several countries who took part in the gathering, as they create plans for their own future. Narrated by Martin Sheen. FREE!

I have played this prestigious circle several times over the years, and it is always a wonderful show with other great songwriters. This is well worth checking out (or road tripping to see)! $10.
